Class 1K Cleanroom Bonding & OCA Lamination
With your bulk order scheduled in our ERP system, manufacturing commences inside our 4,600 m² dust-free production base in Shenzhen, where 6 automated production lines and 186 precision machines execute Phases I and II of our standardized 51-step cleanroom workflow. In Phase I (Steps 1 through 18), conducted strictly inside our Class 1K (ISO Class 6) dust-free ESD workshop, raw open-cell OLED and In-Cell LCD panels undergo 100% electrical and optical incoming screening before automated magazine loading and ultrasonic plus plasma ITO terminal cleaning. High-speed dual-camera CCD vision alignment systems position the driver IC and Anisotropic Conductive Film (ACF) with ±2 μm accuracy for constant-temperature COG pre-bonding and main thermocompression bonding, followed by FOG flexible printed circuit (FPC) main binding. Every bonded sub-assembly is inspected under high-magnification AOI microscopes to verify conductive particle indentation, sealed with automated conductive silver paste and UV-cured protective resin, marked with inline inkjet traceability codes, and subjected to half-finished OQC and high/low temperature thermal shock chamber experiments. In Phase II (Steps 19 through 33, also inside the Class 1K cleanroom), 9H oleophobic tempered glass Touch Panels (TP) are ultrasonically washed, laminated with optical-grade OCA film, and joined to the bonded display module inside automated vacuum lamination chambers. The laminated assemblies then enter high-pressure defoaming autoclaves and secondary UV curing chambers to eliminate microscopic air bubbles and lock optical bond strength, followed by cleanroom high-luminance LED backlight welding (for In-Cell LCD lines) and stage-two functional testing to verify brightness uniformity, zero dead pixels, polarization angles, and 3D Haptic Touch sensitivity before mechanical frame assembly.
